Questions inside the three steps
What exactly are the three steps?
Get the client, sign in, connect. The interface guides you in order and nothing extra needs configuring.
How long does the first run take?
Following the guide it usually takes under five minutes to download, install, sign in and connect once.
Do I need to change system settings?
No. Sign in after install and connect - system network settings stay untouched.
How is speed kept after connecting?
Traffic follows the better path available at the time; switch routes or avoid peak hours if it feels slow.
How many devices at once?
One account signs in on several devices; the concurrent number follows your account page and plan.
Do I set up again on a new phone?
No. Install on the new device and sign in to the same account - the flow is identical.
Connect spins forever
Disconnect and switch routes, confirm your own network, and restart the client if needed.
Where is the installer?
On this site's download page, by system. Take it from here only to avoid repacked files.
Which systems are covered?
Windows, macOS, iOS and Android all have clients, and Linux has its own package.
How do I check or renew my plan?
Sign in and see the cycle and expiry in the client or on the purchase page, then follow the prompts.
Anything to watch while using it?
Stay within local laws, follow the Terms and Privacy Policy, and never lend your account out.
What if a question is still open?
Search this page and the guide by scenario; if it persists, submit through the support entry.
