The flow in three steps
Six small actions if you split them, three steps if you group them: get the client, sign in, connect.

Install the client
Run the installer and confirm through to the end.

Sign in
Open QuickQ and enter with your existing account.

Pick a route
Check latency and status, then choose the one that fits.

Tap connect
Wait for the state to read connected - that step is done.

Disconnect or switch
Disconnect when finished; to change region, disconnect first, then pick.
Order to check when it stalls
